Rectilinear chain conveyor TRCT
TCRT chain conveyor is suitable to transport voluminous and heavy material (usually between 2000 - 4000 kg) and is characterised by a stoutness and modular construction (that allows for further integration after its installation). It is pre-arranged for the installation of protections between the chains by means of sheeting.

TRCT is mainly composed of:
- thick laser-cut sheet carpentry used to fix all the components of the conveyor
- polizene guides to support the transport chain
- flat link conveyor chain to avoid the “marking” effect of the polizene support, which can be caused by the stop of heavy packages
- connection between powered shaft and chains by means of keying
- chain transmission through pinions on sealed bearings
- supporting cross-pieces of the chains screwed onto the structure
- supporting tubes for the chains screwed onto all the other conveyor elements
- legs fixed to the chain supporting tubes and to the jointing cross-pieces
- pre-arrangement for the installation of closing sheet between the transport chains
- perfect guards of the moving parts in dangerous areas
