Pantograph transfer units for pallet transport lines
Pantograph transfer units are enbloc hoisters used to lift conveyors of different types (mainly roll or chain conveyors); normally they are employed when a soft and precise lifting is required in order to prevent the conveyed material from incorrectly overturning.
ORTHOGONAL TRANSFER UNIT WITH CYLINDER
Suitable to transport material from a line of TRRM roll conveyors, they are normally used to transfer material between two parallel lines or to reject a package from the transport line.
Main components:
- Sheet case containing mechanical parts, to be fastened to TRRM conveyor
- Moving truck made from laser-cut press-bent sheet for transfer ball bushings
- Ground concrete bars with 25 mm diameter
- Shaped blade in different forms
- Guards of all moving parts
- Pneumatic cylinder
- Solenoid valve with double solenoid control
- Cylinder and solenoid valve with pneumatic connection
