Conveyor belt PRES
The PRES conveyor belt has been designed for the handling of metal cuts in the printing departments. Thanks to its special configuration it can be used under the presses.
This conveyor for ferrous cuts is mainly composed of:
- Laser-cut sheet carpentry of great thickness, used as machine frame and belt sliding surface

Conical powered roller with 96 mm diameter, capable of ensuring a perfect centering of the belt under movement. This roller consists of a 8 mm thick steel tube, on which alloy steel tails (nickel chrome) are welded

Supports with external oscillating sealed bearings that hold the powered roller; this position allows for easy greasing and maintenance

Drive unit on head end roller consisting of: reduction gear keyed to the driving roller complete with reaction arm with elastic element that ensures its safe installation; a plate fixed to the support with bearing for the installation of the drive unit either on the left or right side of the belt, even after the first assembly
- Belt transmission roller with 98 mm diameter, complete with skew sealed bearings
- Pawls for snub roller and centering cams for the powered roller in order to obtain a perfect centering of the textile covering on the conveyor central axis
- Honeycomb polyester belt, endless or with hinge; its covering depends on the type of cuts to convey
- containment sides screwed onto the conveyor structure
