It has a simple and very stout structure made of press-bent sheet modules that allow adjustingto the NRIC sizes to the specific requirements
The rollers can have different diameters and are equipped with locking ring to ensure a perfect tightening. The roller rubber covers employed by OMT Biella Srl may contain ceramic material that increases the operating life of the drum.
The NRIC conveyor belt can be equipped with different transport surfaces:
- longitudinal or cross bars in case of sliding belt with textile cloth on the lower part
- alternation of rolls / bars in case of very long belts destined to the transport of heavy loads
- rolls when rubberised aprons must be used also in the lower area
The target market of NRIC requires a conveyor fitted with supports capable of preventing the cloth from early wear in the points where the material drops; to this purpose, impact rollers and rubber bars are used capable of absorbing the stresses caused by the material impact on the belt.
The NRIC conveyor belt, in addition to the traditional external and internal cleaners, is equipped with internal channels whose task is to collect the material accidentally fallen that can then be removed through the openings destined to the belt internal cleaning.
Where required, NRIC can be supplied with the following features:
- bars with slots to eliminate the friction generated by the sucking effect created when the cloth comes in touch with the bar
- rollup preventing device on the roller external side to prevent the roller from being damaged by flying material
- side rubber boards or guards made of metallic or plastic material
- closing of the rotating elements of bearings and reduction gears
- magnetic pulley and stainless steel section for extraction of ferrous material.

- NRIC 2MAR ed NRIC 4MAR. They can be supplied in different widths ranging from 2 up to 4 metres. Thanks to this feature and the rollers of great diameter these conveyors are suitable to transport very bulky loads or loads distributed over a wide area.
