NAUMIN modular conveyor has been designed for the handling of various types of small-size material and mainly consists of:

Carpentry in laser-cut sheet of great thickness, used as machine frame and belt sliding surface

Conical powered roller with 50 mm diameter, capable of ensuring a perfect centering of the belt under movement. This roller consists of a steel tube, on which alloy steel tails are welded. It is coated with a special gasket with high friction coefficient

External supports and bearings that hold the powered roller; this position allows for easy greasing and maintenance

Drive unit on driving roller complete with reaction arm complete with reaction arm with elastic element that ensures its safe installation; thanks to the presence of a plate the position of the drive unit can be subsequently changed

Belt transmission roller with 30 mm diameter, complete with skew sealed bearings

Pre-arrangement of the NAUMIN conveyor for the installation of peen transmission in the two heads. In fact, NAUMIN permits to install the transmission either through 30 mm diameter roller or a peen transmission on the heads
