Feeding pallet warehouse with fixed sizes MAPAF
The MAPAF automatic pallet feeder serves to automatically feed pallets measuring 1200 mm * 800 mm.
MAPAF is mainly composed of:
- structure with 4 fixed uprights from resistant laser-cut, press-bent sheet
- wide surface bases for the 4 uprights with holes for anchoring to the floor
- traverses for upright joint and stiffening
- pallet sheet sidewalls suitably shaped to make the pallet introduction easier
- 2 arms for pallet lift each of them fitted with grasping and release cams
- Sealed bearings and antifriction bushings to control cam movements
- 2 linear vertical conveying systems for the arms, composed of 4 hardened and chromium plated guides, 4 ball recirculation bearing sets, 4 galvanised sleeves for bearings and fastening to the arms
- 4 pneumatic cylinders (opposed 2 by 2 and equipped with central junction block) for vertical movement of the equipped arms
- Guards installed on the moving parts in the external warehouse area
Options:
- 16 magnetic position sensors to install on the warehouse handling cylinders
- 6 solenoid valves for cylinder handling
- Pneumatic system on machine board for solenoid valves connection
