OMT Biella Srl offers a range of curve conveyor belts capable of satisfying the different transport demands.
Though they have many features in common, the three types of curve conveyor proposed by OMT Biella have been designed to meet different transport requirements, according to the material and load to convey.
The versatility that distinguishes the OMT products is expressed in these conveyors in the sizes and bending radius, in the drive unit and in the material used to construct the machine.
Corner bend conveyors descriptive sheet
- TCN.RU.CI. Belt curve suitable for transporting very small material, thanks to the use of external rings that do not require big space for tensioning the cloth. For a reduced head diameter it is possible to replace the cylindrical roller with a peen having lower diameter (up to 16mm). Photo gallery
- TCN.RU.CO. Belt curve suitable to transport big-size material and heavy loads (up to 150kg). The cloth is tensioned on the head end and the material entry/delivery from the belt curve is made easier thanks to a idle roller placed at the ends of the belt itself. Photo gallery
- TCN.MO.CE. Belt curve suitable to transport both very big and small packages. The main features of TCN.MO.CE. are the drive unit and the tensioning system located in the lower part. This is the ideal solution to maintain a certain angle constant in the time. Photo gallery
